Yoga with Donna

Donna leads a meditative style of yoga that incorporates several styles of yoga including vinyasa flow, standing balancing poses, all gentle and restorative with core strengthening. Students often experience increased strength and flexibility, reduced stress and increased relaxation and peace of mind.

Donna is a fun loving, approachable instructor who teaches students how to adapt the yoga practice to the various situations going on in their bodies.

In this online yoga class, students will enjoy a sense of community from their own homes. Donna has experience teaching online and cultivating a sense of community, engagement, and wellbeing even onscreen. Students will be guided in setting up their home space for yoga practice.
