Students who successfully complete this course will receive an industry-recognized Cal/OSHA 10-Hour Course Completion card and certificate for General Industry. This training is relevant for workers in the general industry, including manufacturing, warehouse/production/logistics, food service, medical professionals, and many others.

OSHA safety and hazard training is required by many employers and provides entry-level general industry workers information about their rights, employer responsibilities, and how to file a complaint as well as how to identify, abate, avoid and prevent job-related hazards on a job site. The training covers a variety of general industry safety and health hazards which a worker may encounter at a work site. Training emphasizes hazard identification, avoidance, control, and prevention.

Please note: This course is for general industry, not construction workers. OSHA has a separate training program for construction workers. Training will be recorded per OSHA requirements.
