Video editing is something almost anyone can enjoy in this new digital age. To do it well, however, requires craft, and that means learning the tools.

This workshop course teaches the art of editing video, whether for simple home projects or larger professional undertakings. Students are introduced to software options, setting up projects, arranging shots, building a scene, pace and timing, transitions, effects, multi-tracks, audio editing, as well as importing and exporting media.

This course is a great starting point for people considering creating YouTube videos, short films, music videos, documentaries, iPhone videos, personal projects and more.
