This aquatic body movement class uses body resistance, 'noodles', and hand buoys to get you into shape (or to help you stay in shape) with minimal impact on your joints. Open to all fitness levels. Participants do not need to know how to swim. Class is taught in SRJC's indoor pool.
Wear a bathing suit and bring a towel. Water shoes are recommended but not required. Changing facilities are provided with lockers. Participants must provide their own locks. Please consult your physician prior to registering for any exercise program and particularly if you have any difficult health issues or any other concerns. Please no perfumes or colognes.
