« back to classes page
This Leadership Workshop will help build your confidence in your leadership abilities while improving your skills to build a team you can trust. As you begin to trust your team (and they trust you), you will feel much less stress in leading them. You will be able to delegate because you know their judgment is sound. Imagine going on vacation (or even a doctor’s appointment), without guilt! Or to give feedback that results in empowerment and motivation, without the worry that there will be conflict.

Once people can take responsibility for their work, it allows all of you to be at your best because of ownership and pride. You have cultivated a work environment that allows them to give their gifts, to collaborate, and they feel great doing it. This ultimately results in an agile and responsive team, one that is innovative and highly successful.

If you are ready to have a self-sufficient team, to have the impact you want and feel that everyone is invested in the work you do together, then this is the workshop for you!

Learn how to:
Avoid turnover by building loyal connections: How to inspire collaboration and ownership through relationships.
Be effective by being at your best: Tactics that increase your energy and improve your productivity, crucial in leading others.
Resolve conflict by understanding people: Through basic principles of neuroscience, learn how our brains operate, lending a scientific approach to this delicate part of leadership.
Give feedback the right way: Employee engagement starts with you! How to give and receive feedback that builds ownership and responsibility.

While businesses are different, what people need to perform is the same. Take what you learn today and become a desired resource in any organization.
