ID : 7775
« back to classes page
In this 6-week course, we will explore the basic concepts of drawing, including the modeling effect, and use of negative space, perspective, framing, and foreshortening with exercises to help understand the fundamentals of drawing.

Work will be done with pencils and drawing paper, along with warm-up using charcoal and charcoal paper. This approach will lend itself to concentrating on drawing technique and less on working with various tools.

Each week will focus on a different drawing concept. Within the class period, multiple exercises will be used to strengthen brain, eye, and hand coordination.

Supply list will be provided upon registration, approximately $40. All materials must be provided by the student.
