Perhaps the most popular style practiced in the West, Vinyasa Flow yoga keeps you moving! In Sanskrit vinyasa means “to place in a special way.” You’ll flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement and build endurance as you strengthen your balance and flexibility.

As a yoga teacher and self-care advocate, I know how important taking care of yourself is - mind, body and spirit. Stress can lead to illness and unhealthy life habits. Yoga can break old patterns and create a sense of peace through mindful body movement and conscious breathing.

We will also discuss self-care tips and learn some beginner meditation techniques as well. I hope you'll join us!
