The pressure cooker is one of the hottest new kitchen tools around for daily cooking that’s fast, easy and tasty. You get 'next day' flavor immediately. Imagine cooking beans from scratch in less than 1 hour or risotto or polenta in less than 15 minutes with no stirring. Learn how to make your own stock and how to make amazing soup, stew, chili, vegetable dishes and desserts. You’ll taste all the food prepared.

You will learn how to cook at both high and low pressure, how to steam, how to reheat food and how to determine which type of pressure release to use.
Jill will bring as many locally sourced, sustainable ingredients as possible.
