This series of classes introduces several methods to use when practicing meditation that anyone can do sitting in a chair. Through lessons from the instructor, students will learn breathing techniques and simple ways to enhance your sitting time. Each week the students will experience different ways to practice mindfulness. And students will learn to calm resistance and distractions while practicing. Wear comfortable clothing. You may want to bring a pillow or a throw blanket for your comfort and perhaps a journal.
