In this four week course you will develop a strong statement about why sponsors should supprt you organization; draft an outline of your sponsorship program; creat a milestone calendar; develore a list of benefits you want to offer; draft materials you can persent to prospects; and practive saying the magic phrases that help you ask for money. You will also learn the tricks that simplify the process of delivering what you have offered, and the process for annually renewing your sponsorships.
Toni Bodenhamer will share her 20+ years of experience in successfully selling and delivering sponsorships for local events and nonprofits. You will get a picture of sponsorship reality roday, what internal decisions you need to make, the infomation sponsors most want, what to say next after sponsors say no, and what to do at the end of the sponsorship that makes it easy for sponsors to renew in the future.
