You will learn when and how to do the Five Rites for your age and body type, why they work, and how they are different from Hatha Yoga and much more on diet, vision care, and other helpful habits.
Please bring to class an exercise mat or blanket to place on the floor, drinking water, and wear loose, comfortable clothing. Please consult your physician prior to registering for any exercise program, particularly if you have any difficult health issues or if you have other concerns.
