This aquatic body movement class uses body resistance, 'noodles', and hand buoys to get you into shape (or to stay in shape). Open to all fitness levels. A great way to get exercise with minimal impact on your joints. Class is taught in SRJC's indoor pool at the Quinn Swim Center on the Santa Rosa campus.
The pool is kept at 82 degrees year round. Participants do not need to know how to swim. Wear bathing suit and bring a towel. Water shoes are recommended but not required. Changing facilities are provided with lockers. Participants must provide their own locks.
