The Santa Rosa Symphonic Chorus is a 60+ voice mixed ensemble, a community of vocal artists who gather to share the joy of singing and to pursue performance excellence. It has been in existence since 1934 and is one of the most respected vocal ensembles in the country.  Chorus participants should have previous musical experience and be willing to learn to read music. A variety of choral repertoire is designed to appeal to a diverse audience and includes works from Handel to Hogan, Bach to Vaughan Williams, and Palestrina to Lauridsen.

This course includes class sessions as well as mandatory public performances. Dates subject to change. Singers not presently in the chorus must contact Mr. Hazelrigg at to set up an audition.   Audition schedule TBD individually.

In addition to the class fee, members will pay an additional $20-$30 for music and will also pay for concert apparel (approx. $100).

Singing with the Santa Rosa Symphonic Chorus is a rewarding and joyful experience. We would love to welcome you to our community and look forward to making great music together!
