Are you ready to change and improve your diet? Has your doctor advised you to switch to a plant-based diet? Have you been trying to cut out animal products from your diet but can't seem to let go of some of your favorite foods? Optimize your health and wellbeing by learning how to cook delicious plant-based gluten free meals with no oil. This is a 100% vegan cooking class where you will learn easy breakfast, lunch, dinner and dessert options. You will leave this class confident that you won't only survive but you will thrive on a plant-based diet. The lecture will cover the ethical, health and environmental benefits of eliminating animal products from your diet. You will leave with resources that will support you in your exploration of a plant-based diet. You will learn how to steam-fry and water-saute vegetables. We will make several oil-free salad dressings and learn how to make rich creamy sauces without dairy products. Pancakes, blueberry bars, cashew cream, sweet potato tacos and banana ice cream are just a few of the dishes we will be creating. Come hungry! We will have lots of foods to sample!
